Every year on International Women’s Day we are encouraged to strive for equality and to work towards forging a gender equal world.

This year, the focus is on creating a world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination and by working together within our workplace, schools, and communities, by being responsible for our own actions, thoughts, and beliefs, we can all help to #BreakTheBias.
