How Female Leaders are Transforming the Workplace

Every year on International Women’s Day we are encouraged to strive for equality and to work towards forging a gender equal world.

This year, the focus is on creating a world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination and by working together within our workplace, schools, and communities, by being responsible for our own actions, thoughts, and beliefs, we can all help to #BreakTheBias.

View this session where Sally McGrath moderated on behalf of the RCSA (Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association Australia & Nw Zelanda) a panel of recruitment industry experts Ross Clennett, Jacqui Barratt,  Nicole Clarke & Winsome Bernard. The discussion focused on the wealth of knowledge and experience that female leaders bring to leadership and the boardroom as well as how we can all harness the amazing support available to us when we empower each other collectively and without bias in the workplace.
