Our group coaching is a powerful way to start creating the restored and repaired version of you. Each group member is interviewed and screened to ensure a circle of trust, positivity and support is created for all group participants. All groups are led by Sally and you’ll experience the Thrive & Alive program as a group delivery.

Sessions are recorded and retained for the duration of your program.
